Before contacting the team
For an official donation address, always use the live Donate page; support email should never be used as an alternate address source. For wallet safety, transaction hashes, or evidence limits, read the donor-safety guide, verified answers, and transparency method first.
A legitimate reply from ALI Charity will not ask for a seed phrase, private key, transaction signature, remote device access, or an extra payment to verify or recover a transfer. Include a public transaction hash when relevant, but do not email wallet secrets or unnecessary personal information. The public website does not promise a response time, recovery outcome, tax treatment, token reward, or investment result.
When reporting an incorrect public fact, include the page URL, the exact statement, and a traceable source supporting the correction. Security reports should describe the affected URL and observable behavior without including secrets. Partnership inquiries should state the organization, jurisdiction, proposed role, and evidence available for any project or impact claim.
