2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Donations

3.1 Donation Process

Donations on our platform are processed through smart contracts on the Binance Smart Chain. When you donate:

• Your cryptocurrency is transferred directly to our donation treasury wallet
• All transactions are recorded on-chain and are publicly verifiable
• You may receive ALI Tokens based on the donation amount and bonus tier applicable

3.2 Donation Bonus Tiers

• $10 - $99: +10% bonus ALI Tokens
• $100 - $999: +20% bonus ALI Tokens
• $1,000+: +30% bonus ALI Tokens

Bonus rates are applied at our sole discretion and may be modified with notice.

3.3 No Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this condition. Please ensure you are donating the correct amount and to the correct wallet address before confirming any transaction.

3.4 Fund Allocation

Donations are allocated to verified charity projects based on our transparent allocation framework. All fund movements are recorded on-chain and publicly accessible. However, ALI Charity does not guarantee that 100% of donations will reach recipients due to blockchain fees, operational costs, or project feasibility.

4. ALI Token

4.1 Token Description

The ALI Token is a reward token issued on the Binance Smart Chain. Each ALI Token is pegged at a 1:1 rate with USDT for donation reward purposes.

• Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 ALI
• Exchange Rate: 1 ALI = 1 USDT (fixed for donations)
• Standard: BEP-20 (Binance Smart Chain)

4.2 Token Utilities

ALI Token holders may be entitled to:

• Governance Rights: Participation in DAO voting on charity projects and platform decisions
• Profit Sharing: Platform fee dividends (when applicable)

4.3 Token Risks

Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. The value of ALI Tokens may fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You should only invest what you can afford to lose
• ALI Charity is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our Services:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• To fund terrorism, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way
• To interfere with or disrupt our blockchain infrastructure
• To attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit smart contracts
• To engage in fraudulent donation schemes or wash trading
• To impersonate ALI Charity or its team members
• In any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency or charitable giving is prohibited

6. User Responsibilities

• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys. ALI Charity never asks for your private keys.
• Tax Compliance: You are responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes on donations and token rewards in your jurisdiction.
• Due Diligence: You should conduct your own research before making any donation or cryptocurrency transaction.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information when interacting with our platform.

7. Transparency & Immutability

ALI Charity is built on the principle of complete transparency:

• All donations are recorded on the Binance Smart Chain and are publicly verifiable
• Smart contract code is publicly accessible on BSCScan
• All transactions are immutable once confirmed on-chain
• We commit to publishing regular financial reports on fund allocation

However, blockchain transparency also means that wallet addresses and transaction amounts are permanently recorded and publicly visible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of blockchain data or third-party information
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service operation
• Smart contract security (despite our efforts to audit and secure contracts)

We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your specific requirements or that errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALI CHARITY AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of cryptocurrency, wallet access, or digital assets
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Actions of third parties, including blockchain network failures or hacks
• Smart contract vulnerabilities (despite security audits)

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DONATIONS YOU HAVE MADE TO OUR PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALI Charity, its team members, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our Services
• Your illegal activities
• Any false or inaccurate information you provide

11. Intellectual Property

The ALI Charity name, logo, branding, website design, and content are our intellectual property. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

12. Modifications to Services & Terms

ALI Charity reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time
• Update these Terms from time to time
• Change token economics, bonus rates, or utility features
• Update smart contracts (note: on-chain changes may have limitations)

Significant changes will be communicated via our website or blog. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Charity Compliance

ALI Charity is a technology platform that facilitates charitable giving. We are not a registered charity in all jurisdictions. We do not guarantee tax deductibility of donations in your jurisdiction. You should consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donations.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ALI Charity regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
